Volotea Name Change Policy

Volotea allows passengers to change or correct names on bookings under specific conditions:

Name Changes:

Timeframe: You can change the name of one or more passengers up to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time, provided you haven't checked in.

Procedure: If you've already checked in, contact Volotea's Customer Service Center to process the name change.

Fees: A fee of €40 per person, per flight segment, applies for name changes made online or via the call center. If processed at the airport, the fee is €50 per person, per segment.

Minor Corrections:

Spelling Mistakes: For minor spelling errors, contact Volotea's Customer Service Center for corrections at no additional cost.

Important Considerations:

Checked-In Passengers: If you've already checked in, you can still make name changes by contacting the Customer Service Center.

Partially Used Bookings: Once any segment of your booking has been used, name changes are not permitted.

Partner Airlines: Name changes are not allowed for flights operated by partner airlines.

Boarding Passes: After making a name change, remember to re-download or re-print your updated boarding passes.
