Flight Date, Time, and Destination Changes:
Standard Policy:
- Passengers can change the date, time, and origin or destination airports of their flights up to 7 days before the scheduled departure.
- Changes can be made through the "Your Booking" section on Volotea's website.
Flex Plan:
- If the Flex plan was purchased during the initial booking, passengers can make unlimited changes up to 4 hours before departure without incurring the standard change fee. However, any fare difference will still apply.
Fees for Flight Changes:
Standard Change Fee:
- €50 per passenger per flight segment when made online.
- €50 per passenger per flight segment when made via the call center.
- €60 per passenger per flight segment when made at the airport.
Name Changes:
Policy:
- Passengers can change the name on a booking up to 4 hours before the flight's departure, provided they haven't checked in.
- If check-in has already been completed, name changes must be processed through Volotea's Customer Service Center.
- Once one segment of the journey has been completed, passenger names cannot be changed.
