VivaAerobus offers flexible options for passengers needing to change their flight details, including date, time, route, and passenger names. The policies and fees associated with these changes depend on the fare type purchased.

Fare Types and Change Policies:

Zero Fare:

• Changes: Not permitted.

Light and Extra Fares:

• Changes: Up to three changes are allowed per reservation without a change fee; however, any fare difference must be paid. Once the three allowed changes are used, no further changes can be made.
• Timeframe: Changes must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure time and before completing check-in.

Smart Fare:

• Changes: Unlimited changes are included without a change fee; passengers are responsible for any fare difference.
• Timeframe: Changes can be made from the moment of booking up to 4 hours prior to flight departure.

Name Changes:

Passengers can change the name on a reservation up to 2 hours before the flight's departure. It's essential to ensure that the details match exactly as they appear on travel documents.

Online: Visit the "Manage My Booking" section on the VivaAerobus website, enter your reservation code and last name, and follow the prompts to modify your itinerary.

Additional Considerations:
