Tuifly Missed Flight Policy

If you miss your TUI fly flight without prior cancellation—a situation referred to as a "no-show"—the airline's policy is as follows:

Cancellation or No-Show: The full price of the booked trip remains payable, and no refund is issued. However, you can request a refund for passenger-related taxes imposed by airports and governments. To do this, submit a written request to TUI fly within three months of the cancellation or no-show. Note that a fixed administrative fee of €35 per request applies.
