Sunexpress Airlines Baggage Policy

SunExpress Airlines offers different baggage allowances based on the fare type and route. Here's a comprehensive overview:

Carry-On Baggage

• SunLight Fare: 1 small item up to 4 kg, max dimensions 40 x 30 x 20 cm.
• SunEco, SunClassic, SunPremium Fares: 1 item up to 8 kg, max dimensions 55 x 40 x 23 cm.

Passengers may also bring a small personal item (e.g., handbag, laptop, umbrella). Exceeding size or weight limits may result in fees or the item being checked into the hold.

Checked Baggage Allowance

Baggage allowances vary by fare type and route:

Domestic Flights (within Turkey)

• SunEco: 15 kg
• SunClassic: 20 kg
• SunPremium: 25 kg

International Flights

To/from Antalya, Alanya/Gazipaşa, Bodrum, Dalaman:

• SunEco: 20 kg
• SunClassic: 25 kg
• SunPremium: 30 kg

All other destinations:

• SunEco: 30 kg
• SunClassic: 35 kg
• SunPremium: 40 kg

Each checked bag must not exceed 32 kg in weight and 158 cm in total dimensions (length + width + height).

Infant Baggage

Infants under 2 years:

• Domestic flights: 15 kg
• International flights: 20 kg

Excess Baggage Fees

Domestic Flights:

• At check-in: 6 TRY per kg
• Pre-booked: 3 TRY per kg (available in 5, 10, 15, or 20 kg packages)

International Flights:

• At check-in: 10 EUR per kg
• Pre-booked: 3 EUR per kg (available in 5, 10, 15, or 20 kg packages)

Booking excess baggage in advance is more economical than paying at the airport.

Sports Equipment

Sports equipment up to 30 kg can be transported for a fixed fee:

International Flights:

• Ski equipment: 20 EUR
• Bicycle, surfboard, snowboard, etc.: 40 EUR
• Golf equipment: 40 EUR

Items exceeding 30 kg are subject to excess baggage fees.

Traveling with Pets

In Cabin:
