Eligible Name Corrections:
- Mistyped names in Latin characters (e.g., "ELENA" instead of "ELENI").
- Booking includes only one part of a double name.
- Reversed insertion of family name and first name (e.g., "JOHN/PAPPAS" instead of "PAPPAS/JOHN").
- Typographical errors of up to three characters in the first or family name.
- Use of diminutives instead of full first names (e.g., "Beth" instead of "Elizabeth").
- Omission of a middle name in the booking.
Correction Procedure:
- To process these corrections, contact Sky Express's Call Center at least 3 days before departure.
- A service fee of EUR 10 per passenger applies.
- For bookings made through travel agencies, contact the respective agency for assistance.
Important Considerations:
- Name corrections are limited to the scenarios above; significant changes or transferring tickets to another person are not permitted.
- Always ensure that the name on your ticket matches your identification documents to avoid issues during travel.
