Mango Airlines Name Change Policy

Mango Airlines allows passengers to make name changes on their bookings for a fee. The fees are structured as follows:

• Online (via the Mango website or mobi-app): R270 per name change
• Call Centre or Guest Services Counter at the Airport: R350 per name change

For Mango Plus and Mango Flex members, name changes do not incur administration fees.

To request a name change, you can choose one of the following methods:

• Online: Access the Mango website or mobi-app to make the change.
• Call Centre: Contact Mango's call centre to process the change.
• Airport Guest Services Counter: Visit the Guest Services Counter at the airport.
