Jeju Air Name Change Policy

Jeju Air has specific policies regarding name corrections and changes on flight bookings:

Name Corrections:

Eligibility: Corrections are permitted only for minor spelling errors that retain the original pronunciation of the name. Full name changes or transferring the ticket to another individual are not allowed.

Procedure: To request a name correction, contact Jeju Air's Customer Service Center or visit an airport counter. If the booking was made through a travel agency, please reach out to them directly for assistance.

Fee: A non-refundable fee applies for name corrections:

• International Flights: 20,000 KRW / 20 USD / 2,200 JPY per person.
• Domestic Flights: 5,000 KRW per person.

Fee Exemptions:

Certain situations qualify for a waiver of the name correction fee:

• Reversal of last and first names.
• Incorrect gender or title input.
• Infants under 24 months not occupying a seat
• Legal name changes supported by official documentation.
• Addition of a full middle name for foreign passengers.

Important Considerations:

Advance Notice: Address any name discrepancies as soon as they are noticed to allow sufficient time for processing.

Documentation: Be prepared to provide necessary identification documents to support the name correction request.

Ticket Validity: Ensure that your ticket is valid and has not expired before requesting a name correction.
