Flyone Airlines Name Change Policy

FLYONE Airlines offers options for both minor name corrections and full name changes on reservations:

Minor Name Corrections:

If there are errors in the passenger's first or last name totaling no more than two letters (e.g., two letters in the last name, two letters in the first name, or one letter in each), corrections can be made at the airport check-in counter. The passenger must inform the check-in agent of the mistake during check-in.

If the proposed corrections exceed two letters, FLYONE does not permit modifications, and standard refund rules apply.

Full Name Changes:

• FLYONE allows transferring a booking to another person by paying a name change fee of 70 EUR. This service is available through the "MyBookings" section on their website.
• Name changes can be made up to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time.
• If the passenger has already checked in, name changes are not permitted.
• The name correction/change cannot be applied to a partially used ticket.

Fees:

The fee for changing the passenger's name is 70 EUR per passenger.
