Major Name Corrections:

Scope: Changes that involve more than three characters, such as:

• Changing from a maiden name to a married name (or vice versa).
• Updating a nickname to a full name.
• Adding a middle name or surname.
• Complete or partial name changes with legal documentation (e.g., Deed Poll).

Fee: A fee of USD 100 applies for these major corrections.

Single Change Policy: Only one name change or correction is permitted per ticket.

Passenger Consistency: The correction must pertain to the same individual as originally booked; transferring a ticket to another person is not allowed.

Bookings Involving Other Airlines: If your itinerary includes flights operated by other airlines, the existing booking may need to be canceled and rebooked with the correct name, potentially incurring fare differences.
