EasyJet allows passengers to make corrections and changes to the names on their bookings under specific conditions:
Minor Corrections: You can correct up to three characters in a passenger's name free of charge. This includes title changes (e.g., from "Mr" to "Ms"). These adjustments can be made online via EasyJet's website or mobile app.
Major Corrections: If you need to correct more than three characters due to a misspelling, you must contact EasyJet's Customer Services team for assistance.
Transferring a Booking: Changing the name on a booking to a different individual is permitted but incurs a fee. The current name change fee is £60 per passenger, per flight when made online, and £65 when made via the Customer Services team.
Procedure: To change a passenger’s name, sign in to your account using the email address and password associated with the original booking. Navigate to "Manage Bookings" to select and amend the relevant booking.
Matching Identification: Ensure that the passenger’s full name on the booking matches exactly with the identification they will use for travel, including any middle names.
Timing: All name changes must be completed at least two hours before the scheduled departure time.
Fees: Name change fees are charged per passenger, per flight. It's more cost-effective to make changes online than through the Customer Services team.
Reselling Tickets: Reselling tickets is not permitted. EasyJet reserves the right to cancel any booking without a refund if they reasonably believe it has been resold.
