Czech Airlines Flight Change Policy

As of October 28, 2024, Czech Airlines ceased operations after nearly a century of service. The airline's assets and operations were absorbed by Smartwings, the largest airline in the Czech Republic.

For flight changes or cancellations related to tickets purchased before the cessation of operations, it's important to contact the retailer from whom the ticket was purchased. Czech Airlines advises that changes should be made through the original point of sale.

If your booking was transferred to Smartwings, you can manage your reservation through their "My Booking" section. Smartwings has implemented a no rebooking fee policy on all existing and new individual bookings.
