Within 24 Hours of Booking: If you notice a minor error in your first or last name, you can correct it yourself through the "Manage Booking" feature on Cebu Pacific's website or mobile app within 24 hours of booking. You can update either your first name or last name during this period.

After 24 Hours of Booking: For corrections needed after 24 hours, you must contact Cebu Pacific's customer service via their live chat feature ("Charlie") on their website or app. Be prepared to provide supporting documents, such as a marriage certificate, to validate the name correction request.

Important Guidelines:

Booking Transferability: Cebu Pacific's bookings are non-transferable; the name on the ticket cannot be changed to another person.

Documentation: For any name corrections, especially those due to legal changes like marriage, appropriate supporting documents must be provided.

Timeframe: Name corrections can be made up to 2 hours before your flight by updating your contact details through the "Manage Booking" feature.
