Voluntary Rebooking:

Timing: Passengers can rebook their flights up to two (2) hours before the scheduled departure time.

Process: To initiate a rebooking, access the "Manage Booking" section on the Cebu Pacific website. A MyCebuPacific Account is required to make booking changes.

Fees: Rebooking may involve change fees and fare differences, depending on the original fare type and the new flight's cost.

Limitations: Changes to destinations or the sequence of flights are not permitted. However, there is no limit to the number of times you can rebook your flight.

Voluntary Cancellation:

Eligibility: Cancellations are allowed if you have the GO Flexi Fare Bundle or the CEB Flexi add-on. Without these, cancellations and conversion to a Travel Fund are only available under specific conditions, such as:

• Flight cancellations by Cebu Pacific.
• Schedule changes of at least one (1) hour.
• Denial of entry by immigration.
• Pregnancy-related travel restrictions.
• Medical illness or death of the passenger or an immediate family member.

Important Considerations:

Fare Differences: When rebooking, any increase in fare must be paid at the time of modification.
