Carry-On and Personal Items

Eco Budget / Promo Fares: Only a personal item is included. No carry-on baggage is permitted.

Eco Standard Fares: Includes one personal item and one carry-on bag.

Size Limits:

Carry-on baggage: Maximum dimensions of 40 cm x 23 cm x 55 cm (15.5 in x 9 in x 21.5 in).

Personal item: Maximum dimensions of 43 cm x 13 cm x 31 cm (17 in x 5 in x 12 in).

Checked Baggage

Checked baggage allowances depend on your fare and destination:

Eco Budget / Promo Fares: Checked baggage is not included.

Eco Standard Fares: Checked baggage is not included for flights to/from the South, Florida, or within Canada.

Eco Flex Fares: Checked baggage allowances vary by destination.

Weight Limit:

• Each checked bag can weigh up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Bags exceeding this weight, up to a maximum of 32 kg (70 lbs), will incur an additional fee of US $100 (CA $100 / €80 / £65).

Option Plus

For added convenience, consider purchasing Option Plus, which includes:

• One additional checked bag (23 kg).
• Priority check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
