Scoot Name Change Policy

Scoot Airlines permits name changes on bookings under specific conditions:

Eligibility and Timing:

Name changes are allowed up to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Fees:

A fee applies for name changes, varying based on the route and the method of change (online or via the call center). For instance, for flights departing from Singapore, the fee is SGD 80 if done online and SGD 100 if done through the call center or at the airport.

Procedure:

To initiate a name change, access the "Manage My Booking" section on Scoot's website. If assistance is needed, contact Scoot's call center.

Important Considerations:

• Name changes are not permitted for interline tickets (bookings involving partner airlines).
• Ensure that the new name matches the identification documents to be presented during travel.
• All flights in the booking must reflect the updated name; partial changes are not allowed.
