TAM Airlines Flight Change Policy

TAM Airlines merged with LAN Airlines to form LATAM Airlines. LATAM Airlines allows passengers to change their flight dates and times, subject to the fare conditions of the original purchase. You can check if there is an additional charge for changing the date in the fare conditions listed on your purchase receipt or in the "What your fare includes" section of "My trips" on the LATAM website.

To change your flight date on the LATAM website:

1. Go to “My trips” using your order number or reservation code and last name.
2. Click on the "Change the date of your flight" button.
3. Review the ticket change conditions.
4. Select the segment you want to modify and choose the most convenient date.
5. Choose the time and fare for your new flight.

If your flight has been canceled or rescheduled by LATAM, you have the option to choose a new date at no additional cost, provided the new flight is to the same destination and in the same class as the original one. You have up to 12 months from the date of your original flight to make this change.

For flights to or from the United States that have been canceled or significantly changed, you can:

• Reschedule your flight at no additional cost (for the same cabin and route).
• Leave your ticket open with no specific travel date for up to 12 months from the date of your original flight.
• Request a refund for your unused flights, including corresponding taxes, seats, and baggage.

If you do not choose any of these options before the departure of your rescheduled flight, your unused flights will be automatically refunded in compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations.
