Lion Air allows passengers to change their flight reservations under specific terms and conditions. Here's an overview of their flight change policy:
Eligibility: Passengers can request to reschedule their tickets through Lion Air's official website by accessing the "Manage Booking" section and selecting "Change Flight." To proceed, you'll need to provide your Booking Reference (PNR), First Name, Last Name, Flight Number, and Flight Date.
Fees and Fare Differences: Flight changes may incur fees and fare differences, which vary depending on the timing of the change and the fare class of the original ticket.
Please note that downgrades are not permitted, name changes are not allowed, and there is no change fee for infants.
If Lion Air initiates a schedule change or flight cancellation, passengers are entitled to a one-time complimentary flight change. The new flight should be scheduled within three days of the original departure date.
Payment Methods: Lion Air offers various payment methods for any additional charges incurred during the flight change process, including ATM payments, convenience store payments, BCA Virtual Account, credit card payments, and KlikBCA. Detailed instructions for each payment method are available in their user guide.
International Policies: Fees and policies may vary for flights departing from different countries. For instance, in Thailand, a change flight fee of THB 750 per person per sector applies, excluding any fare differences.
